Privacy policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Short version: you can play every game without telling us who you are. We don't run accounts, we don't ask for your email to play, and we don't sell personal data.

Data stored in your browser

Some games save progress, settings or high scores using your browser's local storage. The site itself also stores three small lists there: your favorite games, your recently played games and your light or dark theme choice. This data stays on your device. We never receive it. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for totallyxscience.com.

Visit statistics

To understand which pages people use, we may count visits with privacy-friendly tools such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites. If we ever add a tool that uses cookies, such as Google Analytics, we will update this page first and describe what it collects.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Advertising

Right now the site shows no ads. If we add ads later to cover hosting costs, they will appear around games, never inside them, and this policy will explain which ad partners are used and how to opt out.

Children's privacy

Many of our visitors are students. Because we don't collect names, emails or other personal information to use the site, there is nothing for a child to hand over in order to play. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Game pages link to each game's source code, usually on GitHub. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
