DMCA and copyright

We only host games whose licenses allow it, and we credit every creator. Mistakes can still happen, so if you think something here breaks your rights or a license, tell us and we'll fix it.

How to send a notice

Email hello@totallyxscience.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

1. Your name and how to contact you.
2. The work you own, and a link to where it is published.
3. The page or file on our site that you believe infringes it.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed by you, your agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review notices quickly, usually within a few days. If the claim is valid, we remove the game or fix the attribution. If you are the creator and simply want your credit, title or a link changed, just ask; no formal notice is needed.
