Copied runtime files: index.html, app.js and app.css (the prebuilt files
committed in the repository), rot.min.js. Sources in src/ are not needed at
runtime.

Changes:
- app.css: removed the @import of Google Fonts (Inconsolata and Droid Sans
  Mono). The existing CSS fallbacks (monospace) are used instead, so no
  font is loaded from another server.
- index.html: removed <base target="_blank"> (it only served the external
  links removed below).
- app.js, intro screen: the "Be prepared." video link, the author's website
  link and the GitHub link are now plain text. The author credit and the note
  that the source is on GitHub are kept.
- app.js, game-over screen: removed the Twitter / Google Plus / Facebook
  share links and the sentence asking you to click them. The depth and gold
  summary and "Press Enter to play again" are unchanged.
- rot.js-LICENSE.txt (new): BSD-3-Clause license of the rot.js library
  (rot.min.js, by Ondřej Žára), copied from https://github.com/ondras/rot.js.

Game rules and logic are unchanged.
