Typer Defense - changes made for this site

This is a modified version of "Typer" by Berk Erol (berkerol).

          distributed under the GPL v3.

Changes (2026-10-14):
1. typer.html was renamed to index.html.
2. index.html: <title> changed from "Typer" to "Typer Defense" (site title).
3. index.html: removed the Google Analytics (googletagmanager.com) tracking scripts.
4. index.html: removed the Font Awesome kit script (kit.fontawesome.com) and the
   single icon it drew on the "Case sensitive" button; the button text is unchanged.
5. index.html: these files were loaded from CDNs and are now served from vendor/:
   - vendor/berkerol-libraries/canvas.js and particle.js - from
     https://github.com/berkerol/libraries at commit
     1257269d0165e4f6683d36fde4311f04d2b9670c (GPL v3, LICENSE in that folder).
     Unmodified; identical to the files the game loaded from berkerol.github.io.
   - vendor/fpsmeter/fpsmeter.min.js - FPSMeter 0.3.1 by Darsain (MIT), unmodified
     copy of the cdnjs file; see vendor/fpsmeter/LICENSE.txt.
   - vendor/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.css - Bootstrap 5.3.3 (MIT), unmodified copy of
     the jsDelivr file (same SHA-384 as the original integrity attribute); see
     vendor/bootstrap/LICENSE.
6. Line endings of index.html normalized to LF.

typer.js and typer.css are unchanged.

- 2026-11-04: Display title text changed from "Typer Defense" to "Typer" (1 file(s)). Game logic unchanged.
