- Copied only runtime files (index.html, css/style.css, js/*.js) plus LICENSE. README screenshots
  were not copied.
- Renamed for this site to "Penalty Kick Showdown": HTML <title>, the title-screen heading, and the
  stadium banner text drawn in js/game.js. The title screen now says "BASED ON PADI SHOOTER 89",
  and the authors' credit line ("a first game by CARLOS & DIOGO SARDO") is unchanged.
- js/teams.js: removed every real club, league and cup name (club teams from several national
  leagues and two international club/national competitions). National teams are kept under the
  generic group names "World Nations" and "European Nations". Two groups of invented clubs with
  original names and kit colors were added ("Pixel League" and "Arcade Cup").
- Removed two code comments that named real competitions (js/game.js, js/teams.js).
- Google Fonts links removed. The same font, Press Start 2P (Copyright 2012 The Press Start 2P
  Project Authors), is served from fonts/PressStart2P-Regular.ttf under the SIL Open Font License
  1.1 (fonts/OFL.txt), unmodified, taken from github.com/google/fonts (ofl/pressstart2p, commit
  dbd72d6ef9ebea750d33c02c7189633e972d6a40). An @font-face rule was added at the top of css/style.css.
Game rules, graphics and the code-generated audio are unchanged.

- 2026-11-04: Display title text changed from "Penalty Kick Showdown" to "Penalty Shootout" (1 file(s)). Game logic unchanged.
- 2026-11-04: In-game title text "PENALTY KICK SHOWDOWN" changed to "PENALTY SHOOTOUT". Game logic unchanged.
