OnOff - modifications for this site

Changes:
1. index.html: added a <title>OnOff</title> element (the original page had none).
2. src/sound.js: added a small listener that resumes the Web Audio context on the first key press
   or pointer press, for browsers that create it in a suspended state. Music and sound effects are unchanged.
3. Only runtime files were copied (index.html, index.js, styles.css, src/*.js). Not included: refs/
   (design source files, font and music reference recording), editor.html/editor.js (standalone editor
   page; the editor is still available from the in-game menu), bin/, package files.
4. Added LICENSE-TinyMusic.txt (copied from https://github.com/kevincennis/TinyMusic) because
   src/tinymusic.js is a copy of that MIT library without a header.
