index.html
- Removed the Google AdSense script, the inline Google Analytics snippet and the
  Google Fonts stylesheet link (the Exo 2 font is already bundled in style/fonts/).
- Removed the description, Open Graph, Twitter-card and app-store meta tags, the web
  app manifest link and the Apple touch-icon links (those files were not copied).
- Removed the game-over "Share my score" button, the Facebook/Twitter/VK share buttons,
  the App Store / Google Play badges, the rrssb share script and stylesheet, and the
  unused sweet-alert script. An empty #buttonCont element is kept for the layout code.

js/main.js
- Removed the code that injected the remote script http://hextris.io/a.js.
- Removed the request that sent each final score to a remote server (54.183.184.126).
- Help screen: removed the "Find Hextris on iOS & Android" and "Hextris Website" links.
  The author credit (Logan Engstrom & Garrett Finucane) is kept; links get rel="noopener".

js/initialization.js
- Removed the Google Analytics loader and tracking calls.

js/view.js
- The pause screen now only says "Game Paused" (removed links to the paid ad-free apps).
- Removed the call that showed the (deleted) share button on game over.

style/style.css
- The game-over restart button is centered (it used to sit beside the share button).

Files not copied: CNAME, a.js, manifest.webmanifest, README.md, .github/, rrssb
(css + js), sweet-alert.min.js, unused fonts (Lovelo.otf, QuattrocentoSans-Regular.ttf,
roboto.woff), the non-minified font-awesome.css and FontAwesome.otf, images used only by
removed markup (store badges, share/social buttons, Open Graph images, app icons).

Added: SOURCE.txt, MODIFICATIONS.txt, style/fonts/OFL.txt, style/fa/fonts/OFL.txt,
vendor/THIRD-PARTY.txt and license texts for the bundled libraries.
No gameplay code was changed.
