Copied runtime files: index.html, index.js (the prebuilt bundle committed in
the repository), css/. The TypeScript sources (src/) are not needed at runtime.

Changes:
- index.html: removed the ASCII-art train picture from the intro screen.
  CREDITS.md credits the intro image to a third party (link2_thepast) without
  stating a license, so it is not included. The intro text is unchanged.
- index.html: removed the "[7] GitHub" entry from the game-over menu.
- index.js: the game-over "GitHub" action (key 7) no longer opens a new
  window (window.open call replaced with a no-op).
- index.js: the help screen shows the repository address as plain text
  instead of a clickable link that would leave the game.
- css/index.css: removed the rule that hid the game and showed "Sorry, this
  game is designed for devices with at least 1000x600 resolution" on smaller
  viewports; added overflow hidden and a transform origin.
- fit.js (new): scales the intro and game screens down to fit frames smaller
  than their natural size (about 980x545 CSS pixels). Loaded from index.html.
- css/CascadiaMono-OFL.txt (new): license for the bundled Cascadia Mono font
  (css/CascadiaMono.woff2, Microsoft Corporation, SIL Open Font License 1.1),
  copied from https://github.com/microsoft/cascadia-code. The font file is
  unchanged.

Game rules and logic are unchanged.
