Can't Get Back - modifications for this site

Changes:
1. CSS: the board was placed with "margin-left: 30%; width: 40%" at the top of the page. It is now
   centred in the frame and sized with "width: min(60vw, 72vh)". The 3D tilt and border are unchanged.
2. Added <title>Can't Get Back</title>.
3. Added two listeners that resume the Web Audio context on the first key press or click, for browsers
   that create it in a suspended state. Sounds and music are unchanged.
Gameplay code is unchanged.
