- Removed all sound effects and music. The original loaded seven audio files at runtime from a
  third-party web host (toky.000webhostapp.com, no longer online) and their license was not stated.
  They are replaced in js/main.js by a silent stand-in object so the game logic is unchanged.
- Renamed the game for this site: the HTML <title> and the start-screen heading now read
  "Bullseye Archery" instead of "Archery Game".
